Stupid Cheating Game!!!!!

They dont always give you the letters you need to make the word. Since I dont have all the letters I have been stuck on one puzzle for a week and it wont let me pass on to a new puzzle. I had just bought coins for the game too. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!!!!!!!!!
